Counselling Services

There are many experiences in life that make us feel overwhelmed. Perhaps you worry a lot, feel sad or low, are not sleeping well, have thoughts or feelings you do not like? You may have experienced traumatic events, maybe you have difficult relationships with family members or friends, you may have experienced childhood trauma. Our experiences can have a significant impact on our thoughts, beliefs about ourselves and others, feelings, and behaviour. Sometimes we get stuck and we want change, we might want to improve our relationship with ourselves and others.

I have counselled people from all walks of life with various needs and goals. I specialize in working with children and youth. There are lots of modalities that can be used to help people. In my experience, a collaborative and eclectic approach offers you choices in and control over your therapy. It is important that you have a space of acceptance.

If you are reading this profile then you’ve taken the first step to find support. Knowing where to begin, who to choose can be intimidating. I invite you to reach out to me.
